Stephan Littger grew up in Cologne and studied at Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris and at Oxford (philosophy, economics, psychology, politics). He wrote his thesis on Nietzsche's vision for a speculative philosophy of the future. Stephan published his first book "The Director's Cut" (Bloomsbury Academic), for which he interviewed 21 Hollywood directors on their creative journeys. "Her Composition" is Stephan's debut feature film. He lives in New York where he also directs music videos.
