Pierre Deschamps

Pierre Deschamps is as passionate filmmaker with a desire to tell stories of human interest that unify people locally and globally. He aims to focus on human similarities rather than differences, and on ordinary characters in extraordinary environments. So far, Pierre has directed the documentaries Looking North for a Gastronomic Revolution (2008), Man of the Soil (2009), Rugby, the Lifeblood of New Zealand (2011) and Insight (2012).
