Carmine AMOROSO (1963, Abruzzo, Italy) moved to Rome in the 80s and acquired a degree in literature. He has written several journalistic projects. As a writer he appears in several short story anthologies. He wrote the scenario for the film Parenti Serpenti, directed by Mario Monicelli. He is also the author of the play, which was staged without interruption for eight years in Italy and Spain. In 1996 he wrote and directed Come mi vuoi, an Italian-French co-production which is the first Italian film delving into the realities of the transgendered.
