Johannes Hammel

He studied at the Academy of fine Arts in Vienna, where he has lived and worked since then. The author has focused on film-making since the 90's, when he made the well-known Die schwarze Sonne. In 2010, he also made the independent fiction film Folge mir. In the last years, he has dealt with more systematic work with found footage. Along his own creative work, he also works as a photographer on independent movie projects, is co-founder of the production company for documentary film Navigator Film and the owner of the production company Hammel film.
