Biografía
Es editor y director Canadiense y uno de los fundadores del Enlace de Cineastas Independientes de Toronto. Ha dirigido varios cortometrajes, incluyendo Let Me See (1982) y Knock! Knock! (1985). Su película debut fue Roadkill, seguida de Road Trilogy, Hard Core Logo y Highway 61. Además, es conocido por Pontypool, entre otras películas.
