Niels Christian Meyer got his first job as a runner on the feature film GRANDMA'S HOUSE (1983). After that he accidentally ended up working with television for more than 20 years before he finished the circle and returned to filmmaking. During his career with television Bubber has tried many things. He is very well known for his children programs, but also from hosting talent shows such as "SCENEN ER DIN" (Star Search) and taking part in the survival/adventure show "BUBBER & BS PÅ NYE AFVEJE". Working as chief editor on TV2/Denmark (2000 – 2004) Bubber has experience from granting support to the production of children and youth tv-programs and films and through this work he kept his passion for fictional storytelling alive. FRODE AND ALL THE OTHER RASCALS is Bubber's first feature film as a director.
