Sinopsis(1)
The video is made up of three image-related parts – three principles of image composition. The first part monitors a house plant from 24 different angles for 24 hours. The second part enciphers the letters of the Czech alphabet. The third part gradually uncovers a section of the Morava river discharging itself into Danube. The editing rhythm is derived from the verse rhythm, the alternation of long and short syllables. Three image fragments interconnect the textual hints referring to sign systems, subjective use of language and literature. (MFFK Febiofest)
