Vliegende Ratten

Kian and Nadir are eleven years old and best friends. On a sweltering summer day, Nadir’s family is arrested by the immigration police and deported. To prevent Nadir from being taken as well, the friends decide to run away. But fleeing turns out to be harder than they expected, especially when Kian appears to be on the run from something completely different than his friend. (Nederlands Film Festival)
