Jianming Shao

Jianming Shao is a Chinese director and producer. In Beijing he graduated in drama and editing and in directing studies for radio and TV. He took part in the making of the first animated TV movie Rat with Broken Tail (1984). His award-winning directorial work includes the animated film Monkey King (Mei hou wang, 2009). Xing Wei is an animator and director from China. He studied directing at a Beijing film academy. He's made more than two dozen animated TV series with the number of individual episodes amounting to nearly a thousand.
