Maximón Monihan (1969) is an American director and former professional skateboarder. He graduated in philosophy and cultural studies from the University of California. He has worked on the making of many films about the skateboarding scene he was an active part of for many years. He later founded his own production company in Brooklyn, Bricolagista! and began shooting short films, TV series and music videos. He made his debut in feature film format with The Voice of the Voiceless (2013).
