Biografía

He studied Film at the Escuela Oficial de Cinematografía, which he had to leave after the massive expulsion due to the general student strike. He has worked for Radio Nacional and Radio Popular in musical shows. He produced the bands Triana, Smash, Alameda and Medina Zahara, as well as the singer-songwriters Gerena, Pau Riba, María Jiménez and Amancio Prada. He directed such films as Manuela (1976), Living in Seville (1978) and Facing the Sea (1979), the last two shown at Bafici ‘10. His feature film 9 Sevilles was co-directed with Pedro G. Romero.
