Biografía
Shin Adachi graduated from the Japan Institute of the Moving Image and worked as an assistant director for his mentor, Shinji Somai, while also writing screenplays. His script for 100 Yen Love (2014), won the Japan Academy Prize for Best Screenplay, among others, and the film won the TIFF Japanese Cinema Splash Best Picture Award. He also wrote the indie hit Obon Brothers (2015), and published his first novel, "Chibusa ni Ka (Mosquito on the Breast)", in 2016.
