Biografía

Samara Yeshaiek began producing commercials in 1993 for a range of clients including American Express, K-Mart, Nike & Wendy's. In 1998 she turned her attention to the big screen with "Into My Heart" for Jean Doumanian Productions. In 1999 she worked on "Say You'll Be Mine," followed by the box office hit "Outside Providence" written by Peter Farrelly, Bobby Farrelly, Michael Corrente and starring Alec Baldwin. She continued with the soccer drama "A Shot at Glory" with Robert Duvall and Michael Keaton, followed by "Ciao America" with Paul Sorvino and "When Zachary Beaver Came To Town" with Jane Krakowski and Eric Stoltz.
In July of 2001 she was asked to help create a new film company's financial & developmental structure, however her love of film-making drew her closer to the films themselves. Yeshaiek focused on the company's feature film projects: "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead," starring Clive Owen and Charlotte Rampling (Paramount) and "The Door in the Floor" starring Kim Basinger & Jeff Bridges (Focus Features).
In 2003 Yeshaiek produced "Corn" starring Jena Malone & "Approaching Heaven" starring Mathew Carey. In 2006 she produced "Waltzing Anna" with Emmanuelle Chriqui, Betsy Palmer & Pat Hingle.
Samara has also worked with the Brazilian Film Festival for 3 years as a panel and juror programmer. She is also an avid photographer interested in nature, wildlife, strange objects and human oddities. She has been invited to display her shots from Argentina in a group show about The Tango in a gallery in New York.
