Dame Judi is one of the world’s best-loved and most accomplished actresses. Born in York, she is renowned for her outstanding performances in both classical and contemporary roles. She has worked consistently across the arenas of theatre, film and television, winning critical and popular acclaim, and a burgeoning rack of awards including 9 BAFTA awards.
