Biografía

Studied film at the University of Valladolid as a Professor of Cinematographic Aesthetics. In 1974 he begins working as a film technician in Madrid and later would work in different areas of film production till the 1980’s when he worked as a director assistant collaborating in over 60 films with directors of the time, such as: Roberto Bodegas, Antonio Drove, Manuel Summers, Ricardo Franco, Carlos Saura, Carles Mira, etc. During the 1980’s, he also collaborated with TVE (Valencia) in numerous documentaries. In 1982, he directs the documentary El mejor acero del mundo about the industrial restructuring in Sagunto. As of 1991, the co-produces and collaborates with Carles Mira in Con el Culo al Aire - Que nos quiten lo Bailao. From 1981 to 1983 he creates the cinematographic movement EDEC with Carles Mira and Toni Canet. Pedro Pérez gives classes and produces screenings in different towns and cities in the province of Valencia. He has a long and established career in the world of publicity. He has produced and directed various feature length films and documentaries and the film titled Wilaya.
