Biografía
Gianfranco Cabiddu was born in Cagliari in 1953. He started his career as a sound technician. He then went on to become a director and screenwriter. In 2013 he started preparing the documentary film Faber in Sardegna about the relationship between the famous Italian singer-songwriter Fabrizio De André and the Island. He directed a long series of documentaries, particularly on Sardinia. Gianfranco Cabiddu is also the organizer of the three Sardinian festivals.
