Writer and actor Michael Bacall appeared in Tarantino’s DEATH PROOF and previously made a cameo appearance in the director’s episode of CSI. Bacall’s career as an actor began in childhood, appearing on MR. BELVEDERE, THE A-TEAM, PUNKY BREWSTER, HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN, DOOGIE HOWSER, M.D. and NYPD BLUE.
