Neele Leana Vollmar (1978) is a director. She graduated from the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg in Ludwigsburg. She's made several short films, including the award-winning film My Parents (Meine Eltern, 2003). Her feature debut was the drama Vacation from Life (Urlaub vom Leben, 2004), which she followed with the satirical comedy Peaceful Times (Friedliche Zeiten, 2008).
