Marcel Barrena

Marcel Barrena is a Spanish film director, scriptwriter and film editor. Awarded with several Gaudí Awards, he’s a film director known for making cinematic works that go beyond the screen. Not only he writes and directs his own cinematic works, but he also has worked with other beloved directors, such as Bigas Luna, and worked in famous TV series such as Alguna pregunta més? on TV3. He was a contributor to the Fotogramas magazine for 10 years, and he played little roles as an actor in his own movies.
