Jessie Deeter

American director, producer and journalist. She graduated in journalism and international and area studies from the University of California, Berkeley. She has been producing, reporting and shooting documentaries for more than a decade. She specializes in Africa and the Middle East. She worked several years on different projects for FRONTLINE before starting her own production company, StartBox Films. Her first feature film was "Spark: A Burning Man Story", which she made with Steve Brown in 2013. "A Revolution in Four Seasons" is her latest documentary.
