Although there are actors here I like, this comedy didn't impress me one bit. Perhaps it's also because Sandler doesn't have as much space here and his character is quite tragic, and maybe it's also because the film can't really be taken as a tribute to rock music. This just goes over my head, and there was nothing here that truly managed to engage me.
