Reseñas (1)
A variation on The Emperor's Baker - The Baker's Emperor, with the difference that the French managed to see it through to the end. Occasionally it's subtly mysterious and slightly torturous (like the mask-wearing scenes), but otherwise it's the expected scheming adventure with a touch of romance, sometimes rushing through the story and lacking wit. Patrick McGoohan overshadows the feckless musketeers, lascivious aristocrats, and their brotherly stand-ins. It’s probably due to his look of arrogant disdain with a touch (or rather a handful) of nastiness. ()
