A brief overview of the achievements of Unidad Popular and how life became better for the Chilean people, until the Pinochet regime reversed these gains. A mixture of live action by Chilean artists Juan Forch and Vivienne Barry and collages created by one of the few genuine GDR avant garde filmmakers, Lutz Dammbeck.
