Getting two actors as good as Joe Pesci and Danny Glover together was something I couldn’t pass up. But I didn’t know that this otherwise okay road trip comedy will be completely full of awfully cringy scenes, where the cherry on top goes to the final one where Danny Glover and Joe Pesci wrestle a crocodile. It immediately reminded me of the movie Ed Wood where the director of the same name filmed a scene with drugged up Bela Lugosi wrestling a six-headed squid in a kiddie pool.

An utterly average comedy that gained my partial sympathy mainly due to the fact that I myself love fishing and I could relate to the protagonists' problems. Pesci and Glover are both fine actors and do their job with a grace and verve that saves even a seemingly unsalvageable script. A film that always comes in handy on a lazy Sunday afternoon...
