The Gestapo is preparing for the liquidation of the Hungarian anti-Nazi resistance movement. Under the direction of his uncle, Sávos Ignác, Borsi Kálmán is fighting against the Nazis as a collaborator with the British military secret service. He liquidates Helmeczy who prepared the list of those to be arrested by the Nazis. Schlicken, the leader of the German secret service, reveals Borsy's activity. Borsy and the detective Salgó, however, manage to escape in the last moment. But the Germans kill Borsy's love, the communist Magdolna. Twenty years later, Sávos tries to persuade Borsy to spy for the English. Being helped by Borsy, Salgó manages to disclose the Germans' activity, and that of the Nazi Schlicken, too.
