Have you ever wondered what polar bears do in the summer? Where do they live when there is no ice? What do they eat when they can't hunt for seals? This documentary follows polar bears during the warmer months along Hudson Bay, unravelling the difficulties the animals face in their fight for survival at a time of plenty for all other denizens of the Arctic. Although the polar bear is well adapted for life in an ice and snow-covered environment, during the warmer months Hudson Bay is ice free.
