The second episode mostly took place in the agency, but there wasn't much focus on business. It was more about small personnel issues, which made the episode feel true-to-life. The unexpected meeting between the father and daughter also worked for me. / Lesson learned: Spending Valentine's Day solo? Chocolate is always a reliable companion.
