Sinopsis(1)

Did little Mohammad prevent a train disaster or not? And was it drizzling lightly that night or was it raining “cats and dogs”? A satirical exploration, in the spirit of reportage filmmaking, of an unresolved case that became a news sensation. The film’s groundbreaking look at and caricature of bureaucracy soon found it banned by the Shah’s regime.
The sarcastic commentary ridicules the “meteorological” declarations of the responsible officials, who describe the rain that nearly caused a disaster as both “light” and “heavy”. (Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival)
