Weather Wars

A series of freak weather occurences around Washington D.C. reunites two estranged brothers who believe their father, a once prestigious climate scientist, is behind them. Soon they discover all but one of his former enemies are dead - victims of freak weather accidents and that now he may have his sights set on an important senator.
