Tommaso es un cardiólogo respetado y hombre de firmes creencias, ateo y liberal. Está casado con Carla, ama de casa y madre de dos hijos. La mayor, Bianca, parece no tener intereses ni pasiones, mientras que el pequeño, Andrea, es un estudiante brillante de medicina, dispuesto a seguir los pasos de su padre. A classical contemporary Italian comedy. Italians are loud, sometimes incredibly funny, sometimes boring and average. There is nothing clearer than this three-star review.

God Willing tells the story of an arrogant and stubbornly atheistic man whose eyes are opened by the most unlikely person he could have encountered in his self-assured life. Plot-wise, the film doesn't have much to surprise on the whole, but it is told with such a nice dose of humour and irony that I couldn't resist. The ending really surprised me and lifted the film out of its predictable dullness. A weaker four stars!
