This film by Anne Baillod is based on a Siberian fairy tale that features a picky woman and a grumpy bear who meet in a mysterious forest. Through the fairy tale, the filmmaker searches for the animal essence she suspects exists in every human. This poetic film uses several techniques and the director animates drawings and objects combined with live action. (AniFest)
