Draussen ist Sommer

Fourteen-year-old Wanda moves with her family to Switzerland, where everything should get better. The big house, the overgrown garden, the idyllic and pretty city: All of this seems so promising. But this new start is difficult for each of them. Despite their goal to be an intact family and their desperate effort to get it right this time, old wounds are opened up again. Wanda decides to heal her family, but it's more than the girl can take. It's an exciting summer; at the end of it everyone arrives at the end of their longings. (Zlín Film Festival)
