Lost In Karastan

The main protagonist, acclaimed director Emil (Matthew Macfayden), suffering from writer's block, accepts an invitation to Karastan to attend a local festival. The president and dictator orders him to make an epic film about the national hero of Karastan. Emil realizes too late that he was blinded by his own ego and he has become a puppet of the national "ego", personified by the charismatic ruler. (Febiofest)
