In 1965 Heiner Hinrichs was at the age of 27 the most succesful construction manager of the country. From the beginning he shaped the development of Halle-Neustadt. Until today the 76-year-old man lives here in a small apartment. But now he has to move - saying goodbye to the city he has built himself and where spent most of his life.
