It's somewhat better than the first installment, but it's still essentially just a movie with singing, about teenagers and trying to be a bit quirky. But it's true that at times, it's so absurd that you'll actually have quite a bit of fun with it. There are also some ideas here that seem original, so I'd guess it's at least average, but this is really just for the young crowd.
