Sinopsis(1)
Ernesto 'Che' Guevara is probably one of the most famous Marxist revolutio? naries and guerrilleros the world has ever known. Born in Argentina, he spent a great part of his life in Fidel Castro's service in Cuba. When in the late sixties a communist uprising is imminent in Bolivia, he leaves for La Paz. It is here that he dies in 1967. On the basis of a diary he kept during this period the film Ernesto 'Che' Guevara reconstructs 'Che' Guevara's final weeks. In a detached yet concerned way the film tells the story of a group of men and women who were prepared to use violence in order to defend the idea of social justice.
