Isaki Lacuesta - Naomi Kawase: Carta 5. Sin título

Lacuesta and Kawase have been filming together at Lake Banyoles, but their camera broke and they lost all the filmed footage. Th ey decide that the two remaining letters will be intuitive chronicles of this film that was never made. In this fifth letter, we therefore see pixelated images of this non-existent film. To this, they have added text and the non-congruent sound from another film. Th e letter is thus not about expressing a desire to communicate; instead, at one point they both let themselves be carried away by the desire to film. If the screen shows anything, it is blurred splotches of color. Isaki describes them with text – or at least, he describes what he thinks he sees. (Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival)
