Soeng ho tou

The film on what may happen during a bus ride from the Hong Kong airport to Kowloon. Riding the bus is a middle-aged woman who has just been knocked off her socks by an exhibition entitled "Animated River Scenes at Qingming Festival", a couple from continental China who are vacationing with their friend, a touring Japanese musician and a local intellectual. The fragments of conversation along with small scenes during a 13-minute ride make for an elegant slice of the life in Hong Kong. (IFF Bratislava)
