Twenty-three years have passed since a group of thugs shattered Jim Randall's (Michael Pare) childhood by murdering his parents and his sister. Now an adult and a police officer, Jim still hasn't recovered and it's clear that something in him died that terrible day his family was taken from him. After several run-ins with the law, Jim is suspended from the force and embarks on an intense investigation to find the thugs involved in the Randall family murders.
