In 1950s Thailand, Detective Au Wei is shot to death by Cha Tin-hung (Hu Chun Hiaung) in a raid of Cha's involvement in diamonds and jewellery with the black market. Wei's daughter Chun Chun (Annike Pom) swears for revenge. She is helped by Wei's best friends, Yeh Tai-kor (David Chiang), Mui Choi (Richard Ng) and Dao Shi (Danny Poon). Meanwhile, Cha also hires a notorious thief to steal his own diamonds to con the insurance company. But Mui and his company act faster and secure the diamonds. They exchange the diamonds for some priceless ruby. They then spread the news that some ruby is hidden somewhere in the sub-urban areas and thus attract Cha's attention...... (Joy Sales)
