Dr. Kétzy Péter, judicial council chairman, convicts the three participants of a bank-robbery. Also present is Horváth Cecil, who believes her brother to be innocent, and she vows to take revenge on Kétzy. Although she is unable to come in personal contact with him, she manages to have herself sent to a business meeting at Radvány where the council chairman and his family are spending there summer holidays. She provokes love in the naive and unsuspecting Kétzy, but eventually she herself is inflamed. Mária, the wife of the judge, fights for her husband, and Cecil has to withdraw with the Dutch businessman whom she also conquered. The peace of the family is restored.
