Johnny Cash: Cash for Kenya

At nearly sixty years old and fresh from bypass surgery, Johnny Cash may not have been in ideal form, but this is only evident on the opening two songs, which come across as tired even with a rather lackluster band. However, the rest of the concert is better in all aspects and I was pleased that it is not a classic "Best of" performance, but thanks to the fact that it takes place in a church, there are also rarely heard songs like “Five Feet High And Rising" or “A Thing Called Love". It was great that the songs also had Czech subtitles. (25.02.2017)
