Un grupo de jóvenes parte a las ruinas de Epecuén para filmar un documental sobre los fatídicos acontecimientos que borraron del mapa a esa localidad argentina en los años ochenta. Ignorando las advertencias, quedan varados en el pueblo abandonado. Contrariamente a lo que pensaban, comienzan a darse cuenta de que realmente no están solos. (Sitges Film Festival)

The Argentine-New Zealand horror movie The Young and the Damned is a well-made slasher movie in a setting that invites something horrific to happen. However, if you only change the setting, and use it only to make a movie that has been seen many times before, beat for beat, with nothing extra makes the movie simply a retread without any invention or real idea. Therefore I was not too fond of this movie.
