Ten years ago, tragedy struck the Delta Sigma Sigma sorority house as a result of a hazing prank gone terribly wrong. Now, Danielle, the sister of one of the girls involved in the tragedy, has pledged the house. However, as planning begins for the annual Delta Sigma Sigma Christmas party, someone begins watching–and stalking–the sorority house. As the party begins, blood spills as the crazed masked killer disguised as Mrs. Claus begins slaughtering the party goers one by one, resulting in a bloody showdown with twists you won’t see coming!
