inglés This time we get Ralph Benatzky's famous operetta in a film adaptation by Karel Lamač. The film was a joint work of the Hade-Film and Ondra-Lamač-Film, companies working for Bavaria. However, the substance is of such a nature that I cannot imagine Anny Ondra in either a small or a large role. The strong Austrian folklore is not something she feels comfortable in. However, the actor Hermann Thimig was indeed interesting under Lamač's direction for cosmopolitan comedies. In addition, we also get to see the sweetheart Theo Lingen. We also know from period promotions that this is the most brilliant Lamač film ever made, in Europe and overseas. So what are you waiting for? ()
