Simon Cordier (Vincent Price) es un respetado magistrado de París que visita en prisión al condenado a muerte Louis Girot (Harvey Stephens), quien clama por su inocencia y confiesa al magistrado Cordier que un misterioso ente tomó el control de su cuerpo y mente... ¡obligándole a matar en contra de su voluntad! Cordier no puede creer tal coartada y el condenado muere accidentalmente tras atacar al magistrado. Desde ese instante, la vida de Simon Cordier se verá peligrosamente alterada por una serie de fenómenos extraños sin lógica explicación…

Whether you'll be disappointed in the final outcome or not, I can't say for sure, because it can have various effects. For example, I really liked how it was skillfully handled. It's nothing groundbreaking, but for its time, it's all done believably and professionally, even though the film is otherwise quite small and focused mainly on interiors. Thanks to the good direction, a good atmosphere, and great Vincent, this film stands out.
