Meant to Be Broken

Harvey, who has lived a very boring and rule based life, is informed he only has weeks to live. He meets Luke, who’s never met a rule he hasn’t broken and together they travel the down the east coast trying to break as many laws as they can. On the way, they meet Shifty making them a band of 3 who form an incredible bond over the course of the journey. (Dances With Films)
