This is the story of the famous first film workshop set up by the filmmaker Alexei German in 1988. The studio debutants are now well-known masters. They share their memories about their teacher who helped them throughout the work process. The core of the film is the story told by Sergei Karandashov, a graduate of Alexei German’s workshop and the author of the project Workshop. (Moscow International Film Festival)
