The house is full at Norrköping’s municipal council when the motion for the banning of headscarves in preschools and schools is discussed. Hanna Hannerz-Simås’s documentary is based on the four-hour-long, recorded debate. Despite the motion being voted down with a large majority, the racist rhetoric lingers in the air.
