Sinopsis(1)
In his first film as a director, Edmond O'Brien also stars as a crooked cop who shoots a gangster, steals $25,000, and tells his superiors it was all in the line of duty. But there was one witness to O'Brien's crimes, and the bad cop turns killer again. Detective John Agar, a cop framed by O'Brien, and gangster Hugh Sanders get wise to O'Brien's antics and track down the cop at his newly built suburban home, where the stolen loot is hidden. O'Brien is convincing as the crooked cop, caught up in his own greed and the desire to maintain a middle-class existence in suburbia. (texto oficial de la distribuidora)
